GLENS FALLS — Timing was everything.
The first crackle of thunder came about 10 minutes into the game. Anyone without an umbrella was soon thoroughly drenched.
But before that happened, Dei’Jon Tyler provided a figurative thunderclap, taking the opening kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown that gave the Glens Falls Greenjackets a quick lead. Those turned out to be important points in the Jackets’ 13-0 victory over Middleboro on Saturday night at East Field.
